Does Pumkii BQ70 return to charge by itself?

Yes. When the battery runs low, BQ70 can automatically return to the charging dock. Keep the dock on a flat, open surface.

Can Pumkii BQ70 move on carpet?

It works best on flat indoor floors and low rugs up to about 15mm. Thick carpet, steps and uneven surfaces may affect movement.

How do I move the robot?

Use the movement controls in the PumPlus app to drive BQ70 around indoor spaces, find your pet, and reduce blind spots.

How do I use the laser toy?

Start laser play from the PumPlus app. Avoid pointing the laser directly into your pet’s eyes and let your pet rest between play sessions.

Can I talk to my pet?

Yes. Use two-way audio in the app to listen and talk back in real time, helping your pet hear your voice when you are away.

How do I give treats?

Add small dry treats to the dispenser and tap the treat button in the app. Do not use wet, sticky, soft, oily, or oversized treats.
