How do I choose the right height for my pet?

It depends on your pet’s size and jumping ability. The 24-inch height is ideal for puppies, small breeds, and rabbits. The 30-inch or 35-inch height is recommended for medium dogs or active jumpers to prevent them from leaping out.

Why can’t I turn my 10-panel set into 2 separate rooms?

The 10-panel set includes: 6 pairs of L connectors (5 regular, 1 reverse) and 6 pairs of I-connectors. It does not include the T-connectors required to split it into 2 separate rooms. If you want, you will need to purchase our extra accessory pack.

There are two options for the 2-panel pack. Which should I pick?

Please check the back of your current playpen panels:

If there are screws on the back, choose the O Series.

If there are no screws on the back, choose the G Series.

How do I expand the playpen and add more panels?

Just buy our 2-panel extension packs. Because of our tool-free modular design, you can simply snap the new panels directly into your existing setup to make it as large as you want.

How do I disassemble the playpen?

It’s very simple and tool-free: Place one hand firmly on top of one panel to hold it down, and use your other hand to lift the adjacent panel straight up. The interlocking joints will slide apart easily.
